Xytel provides turnkey pilot plant solutions from concept to commissioning. Each of the systems we build begins as an idea, and must be carefully nurtured to its logical end.
By efficiently adapting the customers process knowledge with its engineering expertise, Xytel has helped customers achieve their R & D success stories.
Like any other project the key to success of Pilot Plant project is extensive basic & detailed engineering. We utilize our experience and process knowledge to scale up or scale down (As the situation demands) and deliver a reliable and efficient pilot plant as per the customer needs.
Xytel's exhaustive database and sound engineering practices plug the grey areas where codes & established design principles are seldom applicable.

Our engineers are tuned to think out of the box since most of the pilot plants we build are first of its kind. For the larger pilot plants, Modular units and mini plants, we rely on a soft 3D model for better visualization. This also helps inter-disciplinary understanding, and better planning of procurement and construction.

Instrumentation, Control & Data Acquisition is a very important aspect and we at Xytel appreciate that the product generated by a Pilot Plant is in fact the data and not the actual chemical product. We have in-house capability of software development SCADA programming. This ensures a seamless integration between process & instrumentation departments.

We have been instrumental in developing vendors specializing in pilot plant equipment. Over a period of time we have developed a network of equally passionate vendors who specialize in delivering with small sizes.
